Coverage & Scope
This policy applies only to services directly provided by Arch Digital Services. It does not cover third-party services, tools, or products that are outside our control.

Filing a Refund Request
We encourage open communication to resolve concerns before moving towards a refund. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please first contact us at info@archdigitalservice.com to discuss your concerns. Refund requests will only be considered if mutual resolution is not possible.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Full Refund: If the project has not been started or if the initial design concepts have not been started.
  • Partial Refund: If work has begun but delivery is incomplete. The refund amount will be based on the proportion of work completed.
  • No Refund: Once the project has been completed and delivered.

Conditions & Limitations

  • Refunds are not applicable if project delays are due to incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate information provided by the client.
  • Refunds are not applicable if payments as per the agreed schedule are pending.
  • Arch Digital Services is not liable for indirect losses caused by delays, third-party issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • The maximum liability of Arch Digital Services is limited to the value of the portion of work not delivered, as per the agreement.

Processing of Refunds

  • Full Refunds: Processed within 10–15 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • Partial Refunds: Processed within 15–25 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, PayPal).
